Refund policy

Please note that we are happy to provide an exchange or credit note on full priced items within 7 days of purchase.  This excludes sales or clearance items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached and in resalable condition.  
Return postage is at customer expense and an exchange/credit note will be processed only upon inspection of the garment. 

For hygiene and health reasons, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on briefs, shapewear, strapless bras, sensual items, intimate apparel, and swimwear.
